Marex began on Norway's southern coast in 1973 and remains a family-owned boatbuilder. Design and development stay rooted in Norway, while production takes place at the company's factory in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Marex appointed Flagship International Yacht Brokers as its exclusive Australian dealer in 2026. Enquiries, configuration discussions and ownership support are handled from Rose Bay Marina and Gold Coast City Marina.
