Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, the website submits the name, email address, phone number, message and model you provide, together with the page address and form timing information. The Marex Australia team uses your enquiry to respond and manage your request.
Website measurement and advertising
The website uses PostHog, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. The current website loads these services when a page opens, without first asking for a website-level opt-in.
Measurement includes page and model views, clicks, scrolling, video interactions, website performance and enquiry progress. News search terms and some clicked link information can also be sent to these services. Please do not enter private information into the news search box.
PostHog is configured to use its EU Cloud service, browser cookies and local storage. Its interaction and session-recording configuration masks input fields and text within enquiry forms. This describes the configuration, not a guarantee that all personal information is removed from every recording or event. Other page content and interactions may be captured.
Google Analytics and Meta also use browser identifiers and may set cookies. The enquiry event handlers send the model and route, rather than the name, email, phone number or message entered into the form. This does not mean that all information collected automatically by third-party scripts is anonymous.
Service providers and browser choices
Website hosting, enquiry handling and measurement involve service providers. Google, PostHog and Meta may process information outside Australia under their service arrangements. This notice does not claim that all information stays within one country or that it is held for a fixed period.
Your browser settings can restrict cookies or clear stored website data. Clearing browser data does not itself delete information already held by a service provider. The current website does not provide a working site-level analytics consent or withdrawal control. Contact us if you need help with a privacy request.
Playing an embedded video may connect your browser to YouTube. Following an external link takes you to another website with its own privacy practices.
