Optional Audience measurement and Advertising are rejected by default. They begin only after your explicit choice. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal overrides a saved choice and keeps both off.

Enquiries and current-tab context

When you send an enquiry, Marex Australia receives the name, contact details, model and message you enter so the team can respond and manage the requested relationship. The same submission may include a bounded record from this tab: up to 12 safe page routes, model slugs, five-second visible-time buckets capped at 30 minutes, and up to 20 allowlisted interaction names per page. It contains no persistent journey ID, URL query, referrer, IP address, device fingerprint or form value.

This context stays in sessionStorage for the current tab, is sent only with the disclosed enquiry submission and is cleared after the site accepts that enquiry. If the tab closes without an enquiry, its context is discarded. Enquiry handling does not depend on an optional analytics or advertising choice.

Audience measurement

Persistent first-party journey measurement, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog are disabled in this build. No Audience measurement identifier or event is sent.

Audience events cover page and model views, gallery openings, brochure-control activations, BoatLife video start requests, specification expansions and website enquiry progress. First Fleet alone may also receive a visit start and coarse page dwell event. Google Analytics receives one sanitised extensionless page route with no query or fragment. PostHog autocapture, session replay, surveys, person profiles and identification are disabled. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.

Advertising

Meta Pixel is disabled in this build. No Meta base pixel or event is sent.

Advertising is independent of Audience measurement. Allowing one does not allow the other.

Browser storage and cookies

The current-tab enquiry context and any consented visit and page IDs use sessionStorage, which is scoped to the tab session. A choice record may use localStorage for up to 180 days. If Audience measurement is allowed, a random pseudonymous first-party journey ID and a separate short-lived anonymous PostHog measurement identifier may use localStorage for up to 30 days after last activity. The first-party journey ID is not sent to Google, PostHog or Meta, and the PostHog identifier never enters an enquiry or First Fleet. GA4 and Meta may set their own cookies only after the matching choice is allowed.

Rejecting, withdrawing and deletion

Rejecting or withdrawing stops new optional dispatch, clears the site's optional queues and IDs, and attempts to remove provider cookies and localStorage that this site can address. For an unlinked first-party journey, the site also sends one same-origin erasure request containing only its random journey ID. A linked journey cannot be erased anonymously because the site cannot safely prove which contact record belongs to the browser. Contact us for an access, correction or deletion request. Local clearing does not prove that provider-held history or aggregate reports were deleted.

Recipients, retention and overseas processing

First Fleet receives operational enquiry information and, where applicable, the disclosed first-party context. If enabled and allowed, Google Analytics, PostHog EU Cloud and Meta receive only their described allowlisted events. Those providers may process information outside Australia under their own service arrangements. Provider processing locations, retention and deletion practices are governed by their service terms and the settings applied to the active accounts. This page does not claim that all processing stays in Australia or the European Union.

Information never used for optional measurement

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, street addresses, First Fleet contact IDs and hashes of those values are prohibited from Audience measurement and Advertising payloads. The site does not use provider IDs, IP addresses, user agents, fingerprints, location or probabilistic matching to link an enquiry to an earlier journey.

Security policy and this notice

This page explains collection and choices. The site's Content Security Policy separately limits browser resource and connection destinations. It does not provide notice, record consent, set retention, control First Fleet access or complete deletion.
